- As one of the outputs from EC FP7 FIBRALSPEC project (GA604248), this is the first paper in the interdisciplinary field of nanotechnology/materials/energy to report a novel plasma multifunctional method to produce nano-particles on carbon nano fibers for high-performance energy storage. It led to: (1) a further EC H2020 MODCOMP research project (GA685844, €559,428, 2016-2020); (2) an invited talk to Plasma Science & Entrepreneurship 2017 (Dec 2017, Orleans France); and (3) an invited talk to FIBRASPEC Conference and Workshop (Nov 2017, Athens Greece).
