- This paper is an extension of our earlier contribution "Negotiating over ontological correspondences with asymmetric and incomplete knowledge" (AAMAS'14), which is not REF returned. In particular, the paper uses the logic-based conservativity principle to constrain negotiations for ontology correspondence revision. It improves on "Detecting and Correcting Conservativity Principle Violations in Ontology-to-Ontology Mappings" by Solimando et al (ISWC'14) by decreasing the number of correspondences eliminated from the alignment whilst maintaining consistency and conservativity. Our approach has been generalized in "Interaction-based ontology alignment repair with expansion and relaxation" by Euzenat (IJCAI'17).
