- This paper impacts the state of the art being the first 3D-printed combination of metals and dielectrics in metamaterial 3D filters to enhance coupling. This work has led to three Keynote / Invited Talks by Prof. Whittow including at IET APC2019. The work lay the foundations to extend this work to create super-directive dimer antennas (https://doi.org/10.1038/s41598-019-56988-6). An EPSRC grant application based on this work is in preparation.
