- This paper is the result of an international collaboration between UH and the Central South University, China and Hefei University of Technology, China. The research was funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China under Grants 51704089, 61973323, and 61701157. World first of the hot data prediction concept and use of deep learning in NAND flash memory. A complex hardware solid state drive prototype system was built which has the potential for revolutionary impact on solid state drive for computers and consumer electronics.
