- The output is a monograph, and thus represents long format work which relies on extended research work carried out between 2007 and 2014. The monograph is the first detailed academic analysis of international development aid policies in East-Central Europe, and thus required a significant degree of primary data collection and analysis. The data analyzed in the book include more than 70 face-to-face qualitative interviews and close to 200 government documents.
