- This paper presents algorithms to reduce electromagnetic emission from mobile devices through resource allocation over frequency, power and time. Developed as part of a project with Orange UK and Fujitsu Labs , the technique reduce electromagnetic exposure by up to four orders of magnitude without the need for hardware upgrades. The paper led to an EPSRC New Investigator Award (EP/P005853/1) and editorship and contributions to “Low Electromagnetic Emission Wireless Network Technologies: 5G and beyond” (IET, ISBN 9781785618482).
