- International co-authors (UK, Italy, Hong Kong). The method developed in this work plays an important role in many fundamental engineering problems, e.g., power quality monitoring, vibration control/rejection. A new collaborative project based on this paper has been initiated with an industrial collaborator, Danieli. This involves the use of this control technique for real-time noise cancellation in the context of the steel casting process. The technique has been successfully implemented on a steel plant in Canada (Algoma Steel). This work has led to further publications in flagship journals and conferences (e.g., Automatica, IEEE TAC, IFAC, 2017; IECON, 2019; CCTA, 2020).
