- This work reports throughput optimisation of multi-user MIMO wireless networks. Results were used to determine the probability of an area being covered by a cellular network when ‘interference alignment’ is used to mitigate inter-cell interference, and was of importance to the mobility team at BT for the study of femtocell deployment: doi.org/10.1016/j.dcan.2016.10.007. The work led to a two year RAEng fellowship (Guiazon, ICRF1819\2\33, £200k) to develop wireless sensor network security, and CyberASAP phase 1 and 2 projects (£81k) to support commercialisation (https://ktn-uk.org/news/cyber-security-projects-selected-for-market-validation-stage/).
