- Zhukovska produced models of the time evolution of dust and gas in interstellar medium of dwarf galaxies which were used to interpret the new observed trend found in this work. The models strengthen the main conclusions of the paper, since they include a wide range of episodic star formation histories inherent to low-mass galaxies and, for the first time, quantify the contributions from different dust sources in these objects. She also wrote Section 4.3 of the manuscript describing these models, and contributed to several other sections.
