- Double-weighted statement
- To analyse the significance of the Or ha-Sekhel for the transmission history of rabbinic literature, the author examined the late-antique, medieval, and early modern Hebrew and Aramaic texts assembled and published by Abraham ben Asher. This required extensive use of rare manuscript and early printed sources, partly due to the unavailability of critical editions or translations of the medieval and early modern texts. The analysis of multiple extended, complex and difficult to access sources, all in the original languages, and the examination of texts from different chronological and geographical contexts justify the submission of this longer-form output for double weighting.
