- This paper, published in one of the highest-ranked journals in communications, comprehensively studied the very promising techniques, i.e., intelligent reflecting surface aided simultaneous wireless information and power transfer system. This research impacted on fundamental theory and provided insight to practical system design.
This research was the result of collaboration with internationally leading experts. The research was supported by EPSRC funding (EP/N029666/1), Royal Society’s Global Challenges Research Fund and European Research Council’s Advanced Fellow Grant. Since its publication, this research has already inspired several further studies done by the world leading researchers, evidenced by Google Scholar.
