- This is the first in-depth analysis of citizenship ceremonies. It is based upon observations and interviews in six countries, including both organisers of citizenship ceremonies and (in the case of the UK) individuals who have undergone them. The research for and writing of the book represent several years of work, and the key arguments and analysis of the book are developed, in detail, across its main chapters.
