- This research monograph (202 pages) interrogates the London 2012 Games housing legacy, also providing insights into the housing legacies of other host cities. The research was carried out over an eight-year period from 2005 – 2013 covering pre-and post-Games periods. Extensive primary data was collected including 70-plus in-depth semi-structured interviews and documentary analysis. This data underpinned case studies on a number of sub-themes ranging from an analysis of the experiences of households decanted from the area through to the impact of London 2012 on property markets. This was complemented by the extensive use of secondary data sources.
