- This monograph offers the first book length academic study of Christian-Muslim dialogue on public law and sharī‘a. The work evaluates both classical thinkers and current debates in Christian theology, Islamic studies, and political theory through engagement with primary and secondary material in English, Arabic, and German. Prior to publication, the research was presented at universities in Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, Egypt, Lebanon, Qatar, and Indonesia. Following scholarly feedback at these seminars and roundtables, the work was revised for submission and published in 2020 by Cambridge University Press.
