- As one of three editors for this 400-page book, Tsatsou co-conceived the book and led the editorial process for all 16 chapters. The book reflects Tsatsou’s longstanding research around digital divides and inclusion and presents research on this topic from different parts of the world and for different population groups. Together, this edited volume explores a wide range of issues concerning innovative ICT-enabled digital services, their usability and their consequent role in social inclusion. As editor, Tsatsou took the lead role in reviewing, editing and finalising all chapters aside from her own. Tsatsou also took the lead in writing the Introduction (c. 3,200 words, contributing 40%) and Conclusion chapters (c. 2,000 words, contributing 40%) which brings together interdisciplinary perspectives to offer original insights into what practitioners, experts and researchers anticipate to be emerging issues and agendas around technology usability in social inclusion. She was also the first author of the co-authored Chapter 16 in the book (c. 7,500 words, 40%) exploring literacy and identity links in forging digital inclusion.
