- As part of a £5m strategic partnership between Horiba MIRA and Coventry University (Centre for Connected & Autonomous Automotive Research), this paper highlights the need for automotive manufacturers to consider the effects of the delegation of control between a human and autonomous car. It provided guidance to the industry partner (maria.franco-jorge@horiba-mira.com) and widens their offering to clients. The author has been invited to discuss the work in this paper at conferences and to apply it across different domains (e.g. doi.org:10.1007/978-3-030-60128-7_16 and https://noc-events.co.uk/sites/conference.noc.ac.uk/files/documents/ASV%20Global%20-%20Societal%20Acceptance%20Year%20of%20Autonomy%20Report.pdf).
