- Double-weighted statement
- This book is submitted for consideration as a double-weighted output. It was produced as the culmination of many years of sustained research effort. The book considers whether the public interest in financial stability necessitates the adoption of a regulatory approach to the corporate law framework applying to financial institutions, whilst also analysising the impact which post-crisis legislative and regulatory reforms are having on financial institution corporate governance to ascertain the extent of change towards regulation. The interpretation and analysis of this large body of complex, interconnected material results in a unique and challenging new harominsation of existing frameworks.
