- Additional information
- The work experimentally demonstrated a compact Quantum Dots based THz laser source operating at room temperature. The research results presented in the paper were instrumental in securing the application focused Innovate UK/EPSRC project CoolBlue 2 (£495k), led by the industrial partner CSTG Ltd and the application H2020 CUFUND MULTIPLY MSC fellowship project PATINA. Paper results attracted strong interest of the academic and industrial communities leading to 3 invited talks [CLEO, ICTON and ICLO] and 5 seminars [Tampere, St Petersburg, Barcelona etc] since 2017.
