- This is large collected edition of several hundred thousand words, publishing texts transcribed from MSS. The edition was 11 years in the making. The process of data collection was very extensive, involving correspondence with and visits to over 50 archives across Europe, US and UK. A very large depth and breadth of research was necessary to produce the thousands of scholarly annotations, both on Davy and his circle and on the contemporary and historical contexts on which he comments.
