- This paper used observations with the Very Large Array in New Mexico to study the molecular gas in a sample of distant galaxies. CC performed the VLA observations and undertook the calibration of the data. He performed the scientific analysis of the data, on which the basic conclusions of the paper are based. CC also undertook a critical scientific review and editing of the manuscript during the writing process.
