- Additional information
- Biochemical reactions with multiple steady states are key to cellular memory. This paper reports on the first application of symbolic computation techniques to systems of biological interest (models 26 and 28 in the Biomodels Database). Besides further developments by the authors, at least five different teams build on this work, with two groups publishing in the Journal of Mathematical Biology.
