- Published and presented in the RE@Next! Track of the leading Requirements Engineering conference (RE 2017, acceptance rate 24.4% for the track), this paper presents a framework to allow conflict management of resource consumption in systems-of-systems. The work was evaluated using an IoT-based exemplar to support food security issues. The work provided underpinning for the development of a pilot on food security and responsible software engineer in the EPSRC-funded platform grant SAUSE: Secure, Adaptive, Usable Software Engineering (EP/R013144/1). It also supported the development of the EPSRC funded DE Network+ on Internet of Food Things (EP/R045127/1).
