- The underpinning research presented in this paper received two awards (best invention award and a Gold medal) at the 17th Industrial Art and Technology Exhibition, Malaysia (INATEX 2015). It resulted in an MoU between MaGICX UTM (research institute) and Animonsta Studios Sdn. Bhd., a high-profile animation company producing creative content for Malaysia and international markets. This work has since led to the company producing several realistic mixed environment cinema-release animations for children, which can be verified by Safwan Abdul Karim (Company Co-Founder) and Prof Shahrizal (Director of MaGICX).
