- This output, which utilises primary sources in the form of interviews, explored some of the experiences, perceptions and reflections of popular musicians working in formal educational institutions in the UK with a specific focus on the performance of popular electronic music. In this co-authored article, published in the Journal of Music, Technology and Education, all research and writing contributions were undertaken equally by both authors, including work on data collection, planning, design, analysis and writing of the study for publication. Alex Stevenson is a lecturer at Leeds Beckett University.
