- This monograph is the result of a sustained research effort beginning over nine years ago. A series of in-depth interviews were carried out with activists in both the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. This engagement was followed up by surveys and 15 focus group meetings in 11 cities throughout 2016 and 2017.
