- This paper was published at the most prestigious conference in the HCI area e.g. SIGCHI (23% acceptance rate). The paper was the first to prove that end users could easily augment personal digital images in order to convey emotion. The work in the paper has been used by researchers at Toyota Research and Development Labs: Tomosuke Maeda (tmaeda@mosk.tytlabs.co.jp) and Tetsuo Kurahashi (kurahashi@mosk.tytlabs.co.jp)
Contribution: I co-wrote the protocols for the experiments and co-wrote the paper.
