- This monograph is the culmination of 8 years of substantive research across two continents and several rounds of peer review and conference presentation. This expansive text synthesises large bodies of literature and applies them to a novel context. It is a foundational and ambitious theoretical work on an under-theorised aspect of Strategic Studies and International Relations that seeks to determine subsequent conceptual thought on the use of an entire geographic realm and a smorgasbord of complex military technologies in a time of war.
