- Additional information
- Funded by KUST-Wudil under TETFUND with support from MPNS COST ACTION MP1204 this paper modelled THz polaritons and antipolaritons based on valence band transitions as a means of improving the quantum efficiency of THz emitters. The work explored THz polaritons and antipolaritons based on valence band transitions, thus permitting TE coupling in a simple configuration in GaAs/AlGaAs quantum wells and has attracted over 30 citations to date.
