- This is the first paper in which discrete-time systems having bounded actuators are controlled using ellipsoid based robust gain-scheduling controllers using the velocity form representation of the system and full block s-procedure. Later, the work provided a basis for the control methods that are being developed in the research project funded by EPSRC through the Offshore Robotics for Certification of Assets Hub - Partnership Resource Fund for ROBMAN, under grant reference EP/R026173/1. Paper lead to an invited key note speech at the 11. Electrical, Electronics and Biomedical Engineering Conference (ELECO'20) which took place on 26-28/11/2020 in Turkey.
