- Double-weighted statement
- This single authored monograph is a longer form output of 80,000 words that combines doctrinal analysis of China’s primary and secondary legislation relating to intellectual property, with empirical data collected in two periods of significant field work (2006-7 and 2015) on the ground in China. The qualitative data collected and analysed also included questionnaires and interviews with a variety of respondents in China which required time-consuming transcription, translation, and subsequent coding.
