- While network models have a long history in helping traffic engineers design and assess interventions, they commonly assume travellers possess perfect information about future traffic conditions, these conditions being in a steady state. This paper brings techniques from evolutionary game theory (EGT) to address such limitations, which are especially important for assessing dynamic information and control measures. The work extends theoretical results from EGT, and extends a previous (1984) result by co-author Smith, a seminal work which also had impact in the EGT field (see seminal book by Sandholm). Led to further work with Takamasa on stability of equilibria https://doi.org/10.1016/j.trpro.2019.05.023
