- This work forms part of a portfolio of multi-disciplinary publications detailing the integration of fundamental analytical mathematical modelling techniques into NDE engineering applications. The work originated in an EPSRC/RCNDE industrial project, contributing to the development of a work package in the £11M EPSRC/RCNDE/industry strategic partnership (EP/L022125/1) and towards the EPSRC Fellowship for Dr Tant (EP/S001174/1). This is the first use of Fractional Fourier Transforms in the field of ultrasonics.
