- Double-weighted statement
- This 224-page monograph bridges debates around ‘innovative’ and ‘conventional’ lyric poetries, drawing on theoretical perspectives, poetic theory, and poetries from Simonides to the present, as well as geo-criticism and voice studies, in order to establish a cross-disciplinary framework for reading contemporary poetry. This framework is then used to examine in depth the work of four contemporary British and Irish poets.
