- Control of neutral delay systems are very common, important and challenging problems of industry. These models appear in water pipes, heat exchangers and biological systems. For the first time a systematic robust control method that tackles with time-delay phenomenon by using dynamic Integral Quadratic Constraints with custom precision is proposed for these systems. The paper provided new insights by providing very less-conservative control technique compared to the ones in the literature.
