- This paper is based on a successful PhD study. The PhD student progressed to the position of Lecturer at UCLan in 2016 where he is continuing research on the adaptability of Delphi techniques within other contexts. One example of this research involves the use of Delphi methods within a Horizon 2020 project “Business Models for Enhancing Funding and Enabling Financing for Infrastructure in Transport” (BENEFIT, approx. €1.5m). This project aims to assess expert opinions on limitations in funding and financing. Two of the authors of the paper are Co-Is of the BENEFIT project.
