- Tactile sensing in robotics significantly lags developments in the robotic visual image processing modality. This paper contributed to the lead author securing a permanent lectureship in Ulster University and helped build an international collaboration between Northeastern University in China (Prof. Chengdong Wu) and Ulster University, leading to bilateral research visits.
