- Unique approach that links analytics and personalisation (most works address only one of them and do not show the connection) leading to a novel nudge framework. Published in the premier user modelling conference. The nudges are implemented in an extended version of AVW, trialled with ~1000 Engineering students in NZ with positive impact (AIED2019). Long lasting international collaboration with the University of Canterbury, follow on collaboration with Duisburg-Essen-University (best technical paper at ICCE2017). Adoption of the nudge-based personalisation approach in healthcare education (with Health Education England, £80K); and KTP project with Scaled Insights (£200K). Keynotes at ITS2018 and ICCE2020.
