- This account of the 15M Movement is based on five years research including two years of ethnographic fieldwork. Involving hundreds of hours of participant observation at assemblies, organising committees, movement and party rallies, protests and related social events. Utilising over 50 personal interviews (in Spanish) with movement activists and party insiders and immersion within the movement this account is based on privileged access and trust to form an ‘insider’ perspective. Over four years there is the painstaking creation and organisation of different social media posts and archives to form an original data archive.
