- This paper impacts the state of the art in optical coordinate measuring machines and was undertaken within the Light Controlled Factory project (EPSRC-funded; Bath, Loughborough, UCL; £2.5m over 5 years). It led to an invitation to join the successful EPSRC Future Metrology Hub bid with Huddersfield, Bath and Sheffield – a £10m seven-year project with over 40 collaborating companies.
