- Double-weighted statement
- This monograph, published in 2016, required a sustained research effort over an extended period of time of just under ten years. It is based on the author’s PhD dissertation which was carried out from 2006 to 2009. It entailed a long period of ethnographic fieldwork in India in 2006-2007 (funded by the ESRC), as well as an additional one in 2014. That period of research led to a large body of data being collected which required a prolonged and complex phase of analysis.
