- Coppin contributed to the writing stage of the paper and read an early version of the manuscript. She provided comments mainly on the number counts analysis and the comparison with other early ALMA work in other fields (Hodge, Barger) and to recent simulation work (Hayward, Cowley). Her comments were taken into account and made a material difference to the presentation and consolidation of the results in the paper. She was a co-I on the ALMA Cycle 2 proposal upon which this paper is based and contributed comments at the proposal writing stage in order to strengthen the case.
