- Additional information
- Stevens had equal responsibility with the other editors for the planning and design of the conference and the resulting volume. She co-wrote the book proposal (with Haubold), was the primary editor for half the chapters in the volume, and co-edited all the other chapters with Haubold. Stevens co-wrote the introduction (with Haubold and Steele) and contributed her own sole-authored chapter.
