- Double-weighted statement
- This 348 page-long book was the product of a decade of original research. The main primary sources are the inscriptions of Delos which are thousands, fragmentary and extremely difficult to deal with. The monograph required particularly complex research as it was one of the first in the world to collectively address this body of material in a synthetic manner and to produce analytical conclusions in relation to the social, political, economic, and religious history of the island.
