- This book-length monograph investigates patterns of fragmentation and coherence in the international regulatory architecture of public procurement. It brings together perspectives from all the major international legal instruments on public procurement, alongside extensive consideration of their relationship with the complex social and labour policies and regulatory objectives in different jurisdictions. The analysis is multi-layered, using traditional doctrinal analysis of case law, legislation and international legal instruments alongside detailed policy analysis and interweaved comparative perspectives from the EU, UK and USA.
