- Double-weighted statement
- This monograph combines together research from a wide variety of subject areas, including (but not limited to) law, philosophy, art, history and anthropology. It is the first work taking a comprehensive look at the relationship in creativity between the State, society and legal regulation. It details how creativity has been side-lined as societies have developed. It is the product of pain-staking research over a ten-year period, and due to its in depth, interdisciplinary and multijurisdictional analysis, the monograph has introduced a new approach to understanding the relationship between creativity and legal regulation.
