- Double-weighted statement
- This is a longer-form output (research monograph) of extended scale and scope. It involved a lengthy period of data collection, drawing upon thirty interviews with professional film critics and participant observation at film festivals, including overseas (non-UK). As such, it demonstrates sustained research effort involving the collection and analysis of a large body of material, including use of primary sources which were extended, complex and difficult to access. It therefore merits consideration of double weighting as set out under Panel D supplementary criteria, paras. 244-7 (REF 2021, Panel Criteria and Working Methods).
