- Nagar and Visiting Professor Konar Jointly supervised CSIR PhD-studentship; also financially supported by RUSA 2.0 scheme to JU India i.e. "National Higher Education Mission".
This is the first successful attempt to detect positional -error of a robot-arm by the subject's brain and also to mentally generate automatic correction command to control the position of the end-effector of robot-arm. Work highlighted by the publisher of the journal (http://www.ieee-jas.org/en/article/doi/10.1109/JAS.2020.1003336) for its useful applications for physically-challenged people to be able to control movement of their artificial (upper) limbs using the proposed neuro-prosthetic BCI aids.
