- This paper combines several measurement techniques across a family of compounds to uncover the doping dependence of the upper critical field in High Tc superconductors. MLS measured the electrical resistance of samples of YBCO at the Laboratoire National des Champs Magnetiques Intense in Toulouse, France. These were used in combination with thermal transport measurements to obtain an estimate of value of Hc2, which indirectly probes the strength of the superconductivity in these materials. In addition to the experimental work, MLS provided input into the analysis of the data and the drafting of the manuscript.
