- This 300-page multidisciplinary collection is one of the first volumes in the Routledge Studies in Evangelicalism series, of which the author is co-editor. Jones recruited the 13-strong international team of contributors over an 18-month period and designed the volume to set the thematic parameters of the series, presenting new research on historians of evangelicalism from the 18th century to the present from a significant range of national, denominational and cultural perspectives. Jones co-authored the comprehensive introduction, wrote two substantive article-length chapters based on new archival research in evangelical sources from the mid-18th to late-20th centuries, and co-edited the whole work.
