- This paper's framework has been applied in 3 projects. 1) The Siyakhula Living Lab in South Africa, 2) ICT4RED project in South Africa, and recently 3) The MobiSAfAIDS initiative in evaluating its outcome in South Africa and Zambia. The framework used in the MobiSAfAIDS initiative is contributing to supporting government and civil society in how best to strategise for the integration of digital citizen engagement in addressed the lack of access to sexual reproductive services in communities.
